Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using The Memoria Studio website and services.

By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

When you place an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pay all charges incurred by your account
  • Ensure you have the right to use any photos you upload
  • Understand that custom products cannot be returned unless defective

We ship to the address you provide. Estimated delivery is after dispatch: Malaysia 3–7 business days; Singapore typically 5–10 business days (cross-border; delays possible). Dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a license to use them solely for creating and delivering your products. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.

The Memoria Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
