Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel a purchase or subscription with The Memoria Studio. For returns and refunds after delivery, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
One-time orders (custom products)
Our products are made to order using your photos and specifications. You may request cancellation before we begin production on your order.
- Before production starts: contact us as soon as possible. If we can confirm the order has not entered production, we will cancel it and arrange a full refund of the product price (and shipping, if already charged and applicable) to your original payment method.
- After production has started: cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is personalized. We will advise you of the status when you contact us.
- After shipment: cancellation is not available; see our Returns & Refunds Policy for defects or damage.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we confirm otherwise. Charges already processed for the current period are generally not refunded; if you believe you have been billed in error, contact us and we will review your case.
How to request cancellation
Email us at thememoriastudio.cs@gmail.com with your order number, the email on your account, and a clear request to cancel. We will reply with whether cancellation is possible and any next steps.
