Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy describes returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases from The Memoria Studio. For cancelling an order before it ships, see our Cancellation Policy.
Custom and personalized products
Because our products are made to your photos and choices, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or quantity, or dissatisfaction with how a photo appears when you approved the design or upload. We may make exceptions where required by applicable law.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is not what you ordered, or was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and, where helpful, the packaging
- A short description of the problem
Where we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund (or partial refund, if appropriate), at our discretion and consistent with your rights under applicable law. We may ask you to return the item in some cases; we will provide instructions if so.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer. If you used a promotional or free-offer flow, any refund will reflect only amounts actually paid (for example shipping or add-ons), not the value of complimentary items.
Subscription billing
Subscription charges are billed according to your plan. Refunds for subscription fees are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example billing errors or service not provided as described). Cancel future renewals from your account at any time; see our Cancellation Policy.
