We ship with tracked delivery. Times below are after your order ships (production is separate). Deliveries within Malaysia usually arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Singapore typically takes longer than Malaysia — usually 5–10 business days after dispatch — because of cross-border delivery; customs or busy periods may add a few extra days.

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Photos should be at least 1MB in size for best quality. We recommend high-resolution images for the best results.

Currently, we offer standard sizes for our magnets. Each product listing shows the available size options. Custom sizes may be available for bulk orders - please contact us for more information.

Yes, our magnets are designed to be durable and water-resistant. They can be safely used on refrigerators and other magnetic surfaces. However, we recommend keeping them away from direct water exposure.
